Bundesliga 2 Odds Preview and Tips

The Bundlesliga 2 odds have Eintracht Frankfurt as favourites for the title, with the second tier of German football getting underway.

Eintracht are looking to bounce back from relegation, with Bochum their nearest rivals. At the other end of the table, newly promoted Dynamo Dresden are expected to struggle.

9/4 Eintracht Frankfurt, 7/2 Bochum, 6/1 Duisburg, 7/1 Energie Cottbus, 1860 Munich, 14/1 St.Pauli, Greuther Furth, 25/1 Bar

It was a surprise to see Eintracht Frankfurt suffer relegation, with a squad that appeared to be more than capable of holding its own in the top division, so its no real surprise to see them installed as the clear favourites to make a quick return to the top division. Frankfurt have lost some key defenders, but Greek striker Theofinos Gekas has stayed despite relegation, and Armin Vehs summer recruitment, attacking wise, looks good. Expect them to try and outscore opponents.

Bochum missed out on promotion last season via the play-offs, and coach Friedhelm Funkel has been openly critical of the super early start to the season. They based their success on a mean defence, and Dortmund striker Daniel Ginczek, signed on a year long loan, might prove to be a very canny investment. Funkel is an experienced coach and they should again, go close.

The Zebras of Duisburg are also well fancied after their run to last seasons German Cup final. They havent hugely changed since then, but their 8th place finish suggests that they might just come up a little short. Energie Cottbus look to be in a difficult position, having just come up short last season and lost some of their best players.

Relegated St.Pauli have lost their coach and some key players and look to have a difficult task to return back to the top division. Furth may also struggle to match fourth place.

Its difficult to see any of the promoted sides make an impact, bar Dynamo Dresden and that will be with their boisterous fans.

Bochum look slightly more settled than Frankfurt and should go close. Well back Bochum  at 5/1 with 888 Sport use our link to back them!
